Very relaxing sauna. Booked in for 1 hour. Had the sauna room to myself; was provided a robe and slippers, and was also able to help myself to delicious flavoured water and green teas. Just what I needed to unwind. Also noticed they have my favourite organic vegan nail polish displayed for sale Naia! 🤩🤩

Really enjoyed my sauna and specially the massage if was my second time having Jasmine to do my massage and it was so relaxing and effective! Really happy with all the services and great relaxing atmosphere!

A little oasis in the Palace. A wonderful find. My first time here but will definitely be back. Enjoyed the body scrub, felt so soft after. The sauna was so tranquil and relaxing topped off by the hit stone massage. Attentive and personable staff.

I'm sharing this with you all because I have had my feet pedicured my body deep tissue massaged and the whole thing rounded off with a sauna on a miserable wet day and it feels good like I knew that it would, "JAMES BROWN" for you musical conicers.

I had a Hollywood wax treatment with Yuling, and after that pedicure. She was very gentle when applied waxing. Amazing service.

Sauna was great. However, you need to install a clock visible from inside the sauna, otherwise there's no way to determine passage of time. The hook on the back of the bathroom door needs to be replaced. Massage was excellent.

Sauna was amazing experience, proper hot, nice relaxing music, tea, water with mint and lemon, room to get ready! love it and definitely coming back. Btw. Very polite girls working there.

Little gem in the heart of Crystal Palace, booked a de stress sauna for myself and my mother and was very pleasantly surprised with how well it was set up. Sauna itself big enough for two people I wouldn’t book for more people than that. Regardless, Definitely recommend

Was very impressed with the massage (back, shoulder, head) and also the sauna treatment. I had booked for the sauna treatment to be on another day by mistake which I hadn't realised at the time I booked this but the manager/staff were most accommodating and as no-one was booked in the sauna allowed me to use it after my massage and cancelled my other booking. Very impressed and the therapist was so pleasant and nice. Will be returning. The only very slight criticism is the shower area is quite cramped and could maybe do with updating. The sauna however and treatment room was spotless.

The spa is so lovely, you feel instantly peaceful as soon as yuo walk through the door. The staff were wonderful, I booked my friend in for a massage and the sauna for her birthday and she even got given a lovely gift!
