Great environment, and relaxing. The massage was exactly what I wanted.

I’ve had massages before, but as an athlete, my body tends to be extremely tight. Today, I experienced the most incredible massage! She was able to pinpoint all of my problem areas and gave them the attention they needed. The level of focus and precision was truly impressive. I walked out feeling looser, more relaxed, and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Ms. Nereida is a most compassionate therapist.. She totally revived my energy levels.. She knows about pressure points and how to follow the problem nerves.. She continues to amaze me with how every session is different focusing on different problem areas.. It's so relaxing to hear the peaceful music and smell the special oils.... HUGE Progress with my therapy with Ms. Nereida. I'm able to lift my arms now and stretch my upper body. Getting dressed is becoming easier now and gaining strength.
