Monika is friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. I went to see her with a painful neck and shoulder. I had the Indian head massage with an extra shoulder massage. She has magic hands. I woke up in the morning and no pain kilkers required. She has really sorted out the tight muscles causing the pain. I will be rebooting to try another treatment

Monika is a wonderful individual and a great therapist. I went with a really uncomfortable lower back and had a reflexology treatment, she worked with perfect pressure that was relaxing and releasing yet made me feel very soothed and relaxed. My back feels so much better thank you Monika, I will definitely be back for other treatments.

This is the only time I completely switch off and relax. Monika abides by all covid guidelines, in a warm safe and relaxing environment. It took me a longtime to decide to spend money and time on myself but I'm so glad I did. Very reasonably priced, I thoroughly recommend trying this.

Tried cupping for the first time. It was really nice. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was relaxing and took the tension out of my muscle. It doesn’t hurt, it’s like a little squeeze. Monika will explain what is happening and what she is doing so you feel relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
