Excellent service again from Sue, lovely clean and relaxing experience. I was new to colonic therapy a couple of years ago and now I can't recommend it enough as I never knew how important it is and helps with so many things. I go quarterly now and being a menopausal woman this has so many benefits to help you get through it. Sue is such a lovely lady who makes you feel so relaxed you forget what you are there for, I wouldn't go anywhere else xx 😘

I feel thoroughly nourished. After two “interesting” weeks, I knew I was run down but I didn’t realise how close I was to the brink of exhaustion. I walked out of Applewood after a hot stone massage and Indian head massage thoroughly revitalised and ready to face whatever the coming days and weeks might bring with a re-found vigour and an air of positivity. Sue made me feel very relaxed on arrival. The set up was very calming and relaxing. Strange sensation at times, however I didn’t experience any discomfort or felt uncomfortable at any time throughout the treatment.
