The Fire and Ice facial is always an amazing experience that really improves my skin as well as relaxes my whole being. From the quiet, peaceful, warm space to the attentive treatment provided by Rachel, every moment is a truly therapeutic journey. The complementary hand massage as part of the treatment is quite lovely leaving my over-used mitts feeling like silk. Amazing! Gorgeous atmosphere. Apart from the massage Rachel has thought of everything from background music to heated bed. I had a combined massage & facial the pressure was perfect where I feel I’ve had a massage but at the same time I feel relaxed & floated out of the building. I would definitely recommend!

I arrived looking worn out and tired, but left looking like I had just arrived home from a relaxing holiday. I cannot explain the transformation; it has to be experienced to fully understand it. My skin was positively glowing and appeared to have a youthful plumpness. The environment is conducive to immediate peace upon arrival: high-end products promote a whole range of calming sensations throughout the experience: Rachel’s skilful techniques and attention to detail are the piste de la resistance quietly relieving mind and body from the daily stresses of life. The time Rachel gives to prepping your nails before painting them ensures the finish is to an excellent standard, plus they last much longer than when I’ve been to other salons so good value for money too. Fabulous massage. Relaxing and I felt great afterwards.

My friend bought me a birthday voucher to have a massage by Rachel for my neck, back and shoulders, it was so relaxing! but also felt she dealt with the tense knots in my shoulders too. She asked me what level of massage I’d like beforehand and I said not light, but left it to her discretion as I knew I had some tension in my neck and back. The products smelt great and I even enjoyed the atmospheric music which added to the experience!

Rachel is amazing. The most relaxing massage and facial ever, I’m booking straight back in!
