Rachel is my go to for no nonsense honest appraisal of my skin as I am n my mid 60’s and starting to recognise the signs of ageing and dehydration. Rachel explains everything and also helps me plan my treatments going forward. Today was new lashes and major facial waxing and brow tinting in preparation for a wedding I’m going to . Rachel is such a positive knowledgeable therapist who makes you feel so comfortable and well informed about all the products and treatments. I had an 80 mins facial and quite frankly felt I was transported into a relaxed cushion of treatments skilfully administered. Rachel spent time afterwards discussing the treatment and future possibilities - answering all my questions so courteously. I am booked in next week again for a couple of treatments - can’t wait - thank you Rachel !!
