This is the 2nd visit I have had and I will not go anywhere else now I normally have dry needling and shock therapy and when I leave my back feels loads better great value for money highly recommend

Brilliant mini 30 minute massage, feel great during and after. very relaxing. Well worth it!

Chrissy is fantastic. I always come away feeling a lot looser and de-stressed. Previously had numerous different physios, chiropractors and osteopaths but none have been as good at the deep tissue massages. Very effective.

As sports massages go I couldn’t recommend Chrissie highly enough. She takes the time to listen and assess the niggles and then gets to work putting you back together again! If you need a distraction from the pain (sports massages are deep working so no pain no gain) then Chrissie can always distract you with an amusing tale or two. I know my body is thanking me for listening to it and making sure I keep on top of these treatments.
