First time having a sports massage and I have to say I thought the whole experience was great. I thought Szabina was very professional throughout my 90 minute appointment and too be honest I couldn’t believe how fast the time passed. It was quite evident to me from the outset that Szabina is very passionate about her work. It’s now two days since my appointment and I must say the couple of aches I had now seemed to have disappeared. Would I go for a another appointment in the future most definitely.

I had a wonderful reiki session with Giovanna. I felt listened to, its lovely to feel validated and have help to make sense of your thoughts and feelings. I feel very relaxed and positive after.

I had 2 treatments this week and I thoroughly enjoyed. The reflexology with martina was amazing so relaxing that I actually fell asleep and this is definitely what I needed. Thank you both for 2 lovely treatments!

Had a lovely, relaxing massage this afternoon! Szabina was very friendly and good at her job. Will definitely book in again. The only negative was the noise from the gym next door but I don't think there's much that can be done about that.

1st time having a sports massage,, made to feel at ease, very relaxing environment, can't recommend it highly enough, top class
