Nafisa is one of the most genuine and caring person I have ever met, I have been a regular customer for more than 10 years and I always feel lighter and more at peace within myself. Nafisa thoughtfully listened to me about my aches and pains, she then worked on those specific areas and focused on releasing the tension as well as helping me on my breathing. I had the most amazing HydraFacial with Gemma! She was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made the whole experience so relaxing. I came for a massage and it was amazing. I feel wonderfully relaxed and balanced. I normally see Nafisa for reflexology which is always a fabulous experience. She has wonderful, healing hands and her garden room is very tranquil. I would highly recommend a visit!

Second time I’ve been to Nafisa for reflexology and I would highly recommend. Both times I’ve been in the evening after work and walked in feeling a little anxious and both times I’ve left feeling completely calm and slept really well that night. Short appointments available at good value but looking forward to treating myself to a longer one at some point.
