I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. Absolutely fabulous. I had reflexology this morning and it was amazing. I have been suffering with painful feet since developing peripheral neuropathy 8 years ago & it's slowly been getting worse. Why have I not tried reflexology sooner? Gemma was brilliant. She was friendly and welcoming from the start and I felt so comfortable and at ease. I explained the problem and pain I've been experiencing and she used just the right amount of pressure to massage my feet wonderfully. The setting was so peaceful and relaxing too. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Gemma.

2 brand new experiences today: 1st was the Yogassage Soothing Waves full body massage. It really was a full body massage alternating between calming and soothing to releasing tension from top to toe. Can’t recommend this enough for a total massage experience. 2nd was a Hydraboost Facial. Products used were amazing - really smooth, gentle and smelt divine. On returning home I was told that I was ‘glowing’ and I did feel totally refreshed. Look no further than Gemna for a highly professional therapist offering some truly fabulous experiences

Today I visited Gemma for the Yogassage calming waves ritual, full body. Wow this was the best massage I have had in a while. I suffer with knots, whiplash from a historic accident, back issues also. This massage was a bit firmer than others but Gemma sets the pressure so can have it lighter or firmer. My body feels amazing now. Usual niggles from easing muscle tension but perfect and usual for me, Also I smell divine from the products used. Highly recommend and could do with a nap now haha.

OMG! Fell asleep during this appointment!! 🤣 Had 2 of the new facials today, the Hydra boost refresher facial & the Gua Sha mineral eye lift facial & I have never been so relaxed both during & after having a facial before. The products smelt gorgeous & my skin feels amazing. The neck, shoulder & arm/hand massage is a nice extra touch too. Saw a friend about an hour after my appointment & she commented on how good my skin looked & how refreshed I looked. Will definitely be booking these again. Thanks Gemma x

I went to Gemma again today to try her Sea Magik Ocean Glow Facial. It was absolutely amazing! She constantly made sure everything was okay for me and I loved every minute. My skin feels great and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ve been going to Gemma for nearly a year for other treatments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s amazing at what she does and is such a kind soul. Would recommend any treatment of hers to anyone❤️

Regular full leg & v mould wax which Gemma, as always, ensures is as comfortable and relaxed as possible. This was followed by a full body hot stone massage. Gemma constantly checks that the pressure is right on each area and this will definitely be added to my regular visits. Lastly was an express facial and dermaplane. I can honestly say that I left feeling totally refreshed and can’t recommend Gemma highly enough

Gemma is always professional and polite. Puts you at ease. I went for microneedling on my head today which is quite painful in places. But Gemma was great! I also tried the Sunny rio body smoothing treatment and it was a lovely treat. My skin was pretty dehydrated due to recent illness but not feels fresh and soft. Highly recommend Gemma. I come here for most treatments.
