The space is calm and welcoming with thoughtful touches for an amazing client experience. Whether it’s a massage, facial or nails, every treatment is delivered with utmost care, skill and attention. I always leave feeling more balanced and ready to tackle whatever’s next with a bit more clarity and resilience. It has become my regular non-negotiable for self care. Highly recommend for those who struggle with self-card and need somewhere reliable to reset.

Love my spray tan. First the having one and Nic was amazing. I feel great, the colour is not too dark and just looks like I’ve been on holiday for a week, but for a fraction of the cost!! The garden spa is beautiful. So quiet and serene. Can’t wait to have a massage or facial in there. It’s so relaxing.

I have chronic compartment syndrome & I have been to many different sports therapist, massage therapists, chiropractors etc to manage my symptoms but none have ever been able to give me the relief that Rosie does. She’s extremely intuitive to your body and knows just the right techniques to address problematic areas, all with amazing customer service :)! I could not find anyone trained to perform sports massage in pregnancy but Rosie is specifically trained and helped me manage my pain during late pregnancy and afterwards. Could not recommend more.

Nicola is exceptionally professional. She did an amazing job on my brows, taking great care to ensure they were exactly how I wanted them. The massage was incredible—she was attentive and thoughtful, especially when working through stubborn knots in my back, and always maintained the perfect level of pressure without being too intense. The Garden Spa is a lovely place with a calming ambience and a peaceful, serene feel. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Just had a 60 minute massage with Meggan. Fantastic service and massage, I felt very relaxed during and afterwards. Meggan did a fantastic job of my back and shoulders, not only did she listen to where I felt the most tension but applied her expertise and tailored the treatment for my needs. 60 min massage and honestly the best massage ever!! Meggan listens to your problem areas and absolutely works her magic! She puts thought into the whole treatment shaft to finish and they are going to be a definite monthly must for me!
