Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

Tonight I experiences the new menopause massage and wow this is now my new favourite treatment with Michelle. Having to expose my tummy for this one I didn't feel on edge or nervous due to Michelle's calming and trustworthy environment. Total relaxation and handy hints to do areas at home. Michelle was so welcoming and put me at ease straight away. Warm was warm and comforting. The head, neck and back massage was super relaxing with perfect pressure and atmosphere. I will definitely be back!!

I tried Michelle's new treatment - the holistic facial was really what I needed. Skincare TLC as well as relaxation. I loved how much you recieved for this treatment as well and you can choose between a foot and leg massage or arms/hand reflexology. This treatment was really luxurious and relaxing. I came away really relaxed. I also loved the products Michelle used - Tropic and I am a convert! I will buy some of the products too.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an acupuncture session at Warsash Therapy Rooms. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the friendly staff. Vida, the acupuncturist, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns for the treatment. The needles were gently inserted at specific points on my body, and I felt a subtle sensation of energy flowing through me. I’ve also experienced a noticeable reduction in my previously chronic pain, which had been a significant concern for me. I look forward to my next session.

Michelle 's hot stone massage exceeded my expectations. Using not only the stones but her hands also, the rhythmical smooth action really penetrated deep into my muscles. The tension and knots in my back and neck were eased. The whole treatment left me with a deep sense of relaxation. It warmed my whole body and improved my circulation.

I have recently finished a 6 week course which focused on the menopause with Michelle. I can highly recommend it. It really help me. I have also revisited and had a Total Tranquility treatment. The foot massage, The Indian Head Massage and foot reflexology were amazing. So relaxing I almost fell asleep! Bonus was, I wasn't sure what I was having so it was a fantastic surprise. This was my first visit to the Warsash Therapy Room where I saw Sonia for a sports massage for tight calves. I left feeling great. Sonia is exceptionally skilled in the therapy that she provides as well as being extremely easy to talk to as well. Sometimes it can feel awkward when on first visits but I felt at ease from the beginning. I thoroughly recommend Sonia and will be booking in to see her again for preventative treatment.
