Laura is a great massage therapist and very considerate of your condition (I have arthritis). She always goes through details to make sure there are no changes before starting the treatment. The treatment is very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Laura.

My deluxe Dermaplane today with Lauryn was amazing. The cosy room and heated bed was so luxurious. My skin is so soft and hydrated and the head neck and shoulders massage was out of this world! Thank you

Hannah always provides the best sports massage. She is incredibly knowledgeable & passionate about her work and it shows. If I ever have muscle issues or pains Hannah seems to fix me! Highly recommend!

Very relaxing scalp treatment, lovely heated blanket to keep me warm and didn't want to get up when it had finished. If you don't like oil on your face and in your hair then you may not like it although I think they can adapt the treatment. I had it all and it left my dry arms nice and moisturised.

I had the most amazing Japanese Head Spa at Elements Day Spa. I also added the head, shoulder and facial massage into my booking for £15 which was definitely worth doing. It was so relaxing and I did find myself nodding off every so often 🤣 the salon was lovely, staff were fab and the spa room was so relaxing with spa music playing throughout my treatment. Thank you so much, I will 100% be back and have recommended you to all my friends already!! X
