I had a great experience at Wild Beauty with their new Japanese head spa. It was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had! The treatment itself was a perfect blend of traditional techniques and modern touches, which I’d highly recommend. I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.

This was so dreamy. Amy is such a warm and welcoming presence and she really makes you feel held in every sense. The massage was so lovely, with Amy checking in on pressure at different key points and her knowledge of muscles really making itself know. We had a great debrief after too about which muscles felt a little tense and considerations to try and avoid or help soothe that. I would recommend Amy to everyone and anyone!!
