A great pregnancy massage. I've had a few pregnancy massages and compared to the deep tissue massages I had before pregnancy they didn't really hit the spot. However, this one did, a great combination of about 50% pressure points and 50% massage made a massive difference and released a lot of tension almost immediately that I was struggling to shift. Lots of care taken to make sure I was comfortable with the pregnancy cushion provided (29 weeks) and if there was any part I didn't want massaging/any position I wasn't comfortable in.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing – an easy 5 stars! I booked what I thought would be a simple head massage, but it was so much more than that. The treatment was incredibly thorough. She worked on my scalp, ears, eye sockets and so many pressure points and lymphatic areas that I didn't even realise held so much tension. It honestly felt like every acupuncture and lymphatic point in my head and face had been carefully released. I felt so relaxed afterwards that even my husband commented, "Oh my God, what have you done, your face is glowing?" when I got home! #YAN

Yan, is a very warming, individual. Really seems to understand what's happening in the body. Helped relieve much pressure in shoulders and help with blood circulation through acupuncture. Certainly recommend.

Shared with Yan about recent hip X-rays showing an impingement condition that’s caused osteoarthritis and today’s session may not have been relaxing but it was SO SO WORTH IT! I am in less pain and can move more easily - made a world of difference!

Yan was so lovely & knowledgeable, I felt very at ease. I booked the 2 hour Traditional Chinese Medicine package where Yan really took her time to assess my body & work on specific areas before adding the acupuncture & moxibustion elements. I’ve never had these treatments before but Yan has a very calming energy & I trusted her.
