It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

Very good massage from Alice who took care to understand my preferences and tailored the massage to suit. Relaxing ambience with gentle music and low lighting. Heated massage table was a nice touch!

30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

Took my mum here for her birthday/Mother’s Day. We had an amazing time. And both said it was the best massage we have ever had. The staff are all really nice and are so helpful. I did the one night’s friend’s spa package. It well worth the money. The food was amazing and the service was spot on. I would highly recommend the spa and holiday inn.

The spa is friendly and welcoming. We had a couples package which included an amazing 1 hour full body massage, glass of prosecco, chocolates and full use of the pool and spa facilities. The lunch menu has loads to chose from and the food is very nice. Everything is really accessible and the parking is free. It's great value too. Will definitely go again.

The Spa day was nice. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. I got a voucher for 2 on Wowcher. The discount was nearly 50% off. It included a 50 minute full body massage. The treatment was OK but we were told as soon as we started that it would not be full body. Just back and back of legs. Think the whole body could have been done or advertised as a half body massage. The rest of the spa was OK but not luxurious. Was happy to pay the voucher price (just!) but would have been very disappointed to pay full price.

I had a lovely relaxing massage, then swim. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! I came away feeling stress free & refreshed.
