Another visit to Liz for a brow wax & tint, plus the removal of the moustache I’d apparently been quietly cultivating. Excellent brows, moustache successfully evicted and several of the world’s problems resolved in the process Liz is brilliant at what she does and the conversation is always just as good. 10/10 brows. 10/10 chat. 10/10 moustache removal.

I had an immersive energy healing session with Izabela today and it was incredible. As someone who lives alone I often go long periods without physical touch, so from the moment I arrived I felt completely held and safe in the beautiful sanctuary she has created. We began with a chat and a cacao intention setting ceremony before the most deeply healing massage. With instruments like tuning forks, shamanic drumming and koshi chimes I felt wrapped in calming, high vibrational energy. I left feeling lighter, grounded and deeply cared for.
