Nic was absolutely fantastic. Nic was very very good, she was kind & conversational & I feel significantly better having gone to see her. She gave some great advice for after care & I enjoyed not only the massage but the fun chats that went along with it. 10/10 would go again.

Excellent massage. Nic is very professional and it is easy to feel comfortable about the experience. She is very knowledgeable, takes time to understand what the client wishes to focus on and gives clear explanations. It was great from start to finish. A very helpful informative session. Nic demonstrated and provided me with a targeted set of stretches to address my issues.

I enjoyed the course and was surprised at the efficiency of the ball at finding the knots. Moving the ball under one’s foot was a whole new experience. I plan to use the techniques learnt to keep this old body mobile.

Nic was welcoming and put us at ease immediately. The course was incredibly informative and Nic was very knowledgeable. Loved trying out all the equipment . Would thoroughly recommend.
