Excellent individualised remedial massage - has made a big difference in a positive way to the level of back pain since finding Teresa.

Felt very relaxed and loose in the hips (which is my problem area) after my massage with Teresa. She concentrated on some trigger points and released muscles around my main points of issue first and then worked on those problems areas. She also explained things to me as she went along about why she was doing things in a certain order which I appreciated. She even accommodated my 3 year old been there too which I am grateful for as us mums don’t often get time for a massage but allowing me to have him there just made things easier for me and I still came out feeling relaxed.
