I had a massage by yoyo who was excellent at finding and working on my problem spots, it was a deep tissue massage, I then had cupping on my back followed by acupuncture by Corey. Corey has done a 4year degree in acupuncture and hit all the right spots explaining as he went. My treatment was really good and I felt good after and Improved. I got back about $50 in health fund rebate for the different treatments. 5 stars i would go back.

Paris provided an exceptional experience, making me feel like a long-time friend. Despite having a clingy baby present, I felt incredibly pampered and relaxed. She was wonderfully accommodating to my daughter's needs, even adjusting our session accordingly. I was pleasantly surprised to find I could enjoy a massage while breastfeeding my baby simultaneously.

Excellent massage always

This was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. The space is beautiful and calming and Paris made me feel instantly relaxed. I booked in for the Bloom experience and it genuinely melted my stress away. The facial left my skin hydrated and refreshed and my massage and back scrub were heavenly! Thank you again for helping me unwind and destress after a crazy week

My experience at Sol was breathtaking. From the moment I arrived Paris was kind and attentive. My massage (the sol signature + scalp) was out of this world. I’ve never felt to relaxed. Amazing massage and friendly atmosphere

I cannot recommend Paris and her lovely studio high enough! If I could give 10 stars I would. When I arrived, Paris started a foot soak scrub immediately while asking me how I was going and what I most wanted out of the appointment - this was complimentary before the massage and meant I didn’t feel rushed at all! I was SO comfortable the whole massage and the pressure was perfect, loosening my tight muscles/aches while also being extremely relaxing. I will definitely be going back before and after my baby’s birth. Thank you Paris!

I had a pregnancy massage at Sol Studio and it was easily the most relaxing and enjoyable massage I have had. It was the first time I was not actively conscious of each stage of the massage, predicting what would come next. I really just relaxed and enjoyed the time to myself. I have had multiple pregnancy massages at other salons and none compare. The herbal tea and foot soak were an added luxury. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone with aches and pains or wanting a relaxing environment to reset.

I had a post partum massage with Paris and I can’t recommend this experience enough for any new mummas looking for something they can do for themselves but comfortably bring bub along if you need to! Paris was so welcoming and accommodating, keeping bub happy so I could continue to enjoy my massage. It was a really wonderful massage and a beautiful experience all round.
