What a treat this was. From the setting, the ambiance, Carole's warm welcome, the whole massage experience from start to end...and then a soak in the hot tub while being surrounded by beautiful trees...I would definitely go back and highly highly recommend!

Carole is such an amazing, friendly and warm person. She is a great and knowledgable practitioner and I felt very relaxed after the treatment. She even offered a slice of homemade flapjack after the treatment! I love the garden and the room as well. Will definitely be back ❤️

I had the most wonderful spa afternoon at Carole’s. I went with a friend, and Carole made us feel so welcomed and relaxed. The massage was amazing followed by a dip in the hot tub and sipping tea on the terrace. Bliss! 💕

Wonderful experience with Carole which is more personal and holistic than the usual facials you find. Her blend of face treatment and massage left me feeling so relaxed, especially after a soak in her hot tub surrounded by trees....

Rob has been fantastic with my kids. They’re novices of 7 and 9 years old. They’ve come out of sessions clearly having had a great time, and feeling excited about playing tennis. Their progress has been strong over just a few sessions so far. He has a style which is fun, yet which engages them and gets them to focus. We’re really happy and would recommend him to anyone.

Touching lives is such a magical and relaxing place that has been made so special by Carol. We enjoyed an hours treatment accompanied by a couple of hours in the hot tub. Carol’s personal touches included a bouquet of flowers, a birthday candle and decorated the garden with balloons for my partners birthday. This is truly the best customer service I have ever experienced and I can’t wait to tell all of my loved ones they need to visit. She has a real passion for what she does, this shines through and it is just infectious.

Rob was excellent, he helped me so much with my tennis technique. Because of him I am getting better and better at tennis. If I could give him 10 starts I would!

As always. Carole seems to be in tune with how you are feeling. She tailors my treatment every time and I leave feeling relaxed and special. In an environment that automatically relaxes, she is kind, thoughtful and extremely sensitive to personal dignity. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been coming for both deep tissue massage and reflexology (both with a holistic approach) for nearly a year now. The massage not only helps with pain in my neck and shoulders but I also leave there feeling more calm and feel rejuvenated and with a different energy than when I went in. Carole is always so welcoming and the treatments always feel personal to how you are feeling on the day and you really feel welcomed and cherished. The garden and cabin are also so warm and relaxing and beautifully decorated.

Great session. Kids loved Rob, and made surprising progress for their first session !
