I keep coming back for the best hair artist in Abu Dhabi, Laila, not only incredibly talented and professional, but also super sweet and the long coloring time is always so enjoyable. Rachida is fantastic – a true artist. She styles hair beautifully and gives the best wash and blow-dries. Not only do they always look amazing, but they last too, which is so hard to find. She’s incredibly talented and such a lovely person. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I usually like to do with Jaime. She is really good and polite. However today I did with Lisa and she seems to be distracted with her phone all the time. Since I arrived, she was on her phone texting someone and I’m waiting until i have to asked if she’s busy. She said sorry but still keep doing the same whenever she has a chance. I think i should receive more respect manner as a customer. She did a good job over all. Just need to improve a bit more interaction and considerate with the customers. She is fast but a bit rough.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while and have tried many of the services here. I genuinely like the salon and will continue visiting because I’ve had good experiences overall. That said, I recently tried the face shaving service and found the price quite unreasonable. AED 220 for basic face shaving, without any facial or beauty treatment included, is just too much. To be fair, the price was listed on Fresha, so that’s on me. However, at that price, I expected some sort of skincare or beauty treatment to be included. It felt overpriced for what was provided.

I got gel polish done on my natural nails, and even though some were broken and short, she fixed them beautifully! The price was affordable, the service was friendly, and the salon is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend!
