Pedicure was great. Unfortunately, there were 2 women (customers? Regulars? Employees?) Who were talking, shrieking and laughing very loudly, making video calls and watching videos with no headphones. Nobody in the salon did anything to ask them to be quiet so people could enjoy the services they were paying a lot of money for. Very disappointing.

We were from out of town, so we appreciated that the salon stayed in touch with us and clarified where we could park and where exactly they were located inside the mall. My daughter and I each got great pedicures.

Elmeera was AMAZING. It’s been around 15 years since I had my nails done and even longer for a pedicure. She was incredibly kind and careful. The whole experience was great and I’d definitely return. The staff was all very kind too. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the mall location experienced a power outage just before my appointment(s), so the air, music, towel warmers and lights were not working. However, the manager and her nail techs did their best to service myself, my mom (who’s visiting), and daughter for our 3 generations pedi day. Luckily, the pedicure chairs were still functional. The Nail’d team were very polite, professional and accommodating! I will definitely be back to experience Nail’d it London (Woodland Hills, CA) when there aren’t any electricity challenges ☺️… Thanks again Ladies!

I had 2 appointments set for today, this was my first experience with my mom here. We set up for two pedicures. I had an appointment with Alicia who did my pedicure great I loved the way she worked on me and was very very friendly throughout the whole experience highly recommend her. On the other hand my mom had her appointment with Nicole and unfortunately wasn't the best experience she seemed very rude from the being didn't introduce herself or anything. My mom felt like she was discriminating her (we are Hispanic) because of the way we looked and dressed, didn't like her service at all.
