Angharrad was amazing! I brought my sister in law for her 30th birthday to get matching piercings but after looking at my ear, I was advised my anatomy wasn’t quite right for a tragus so I chose a different piercing. I felt fully informed and educated on my piercing and were both so happy with the piercings we went home with! Thank you x

Adele was great !! All the staff at Empress are always inviting and calming and make you feel at ease. Love my conch and forward helix piercings and new second lobe jewellery from today ❤️. Piercings are didn't even hurt, which is always a bonus. I will be returning for more piercings in the other ear once todays piercings have healed. Highly recommend Empress !!

Angie was amazing throughout my piercing (flat). I appreciated how hygienic she kept everything , with thorough hand washing observed (never underestimate how important this basic procedure is to a client!). A lovely person who was nice and friendly to chat to, putting me at ease. Angie was extremely gentle, i would highly recommend her to everyone. So pleased with my sparkly lotus, I’m hoping Angie is available next time. Thank you very much :-)

Angie was wonderful, very professional and kind. She was so lovely with my daughter who was a little nervous but she explained everything to her so calmly. She gave her a little squishy ball to hold and was so thoughtful. It was such a positive experience and I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of taking their little ones to get their ears done. Also noted how thorough she washed her hands and cleaned everything before hand. 10/10 service and cherry on top with how lovely Angie was. Thank you sooooo much 😁x
