She's very knowledgeable in her field and talked me through every step of the piercing so I knew what to anticipate when. Another amazing piercing thanks to Genevieve! I went in with a specific piercing in mind but Genevieve took the time to explain why, anatomically, it would be a poor fit for me and she suggested an alternative which I love! There is never any pressure during her appointments and she takes the time to relieve any anxiety. Lots of chatting and laughing works a treat! I couldn't get a piercing anywhere else. Can't wait to come back and style with cool pieces sometime in the future!

Amazing! She made me so relaxed before the piercing that I wasn't nervous by the time it got to being pierced. She explained everything thoroughly, was really helpful and answered all my questions. Really great at styling the piercings too, can't wait to go back for downsizing and styling!
