Natalia was so skilled in fixing my split nail and shaping my nails into an almond shape!! Receptionist was also super friendly and charged me $5 for nail repair instead of $10. Will def come back if I need my nails fixed again!

Dazzle is always amazing. I love the service and Anne, Jess and team embody great customer service. I train new telecom hires on how to build trust and great rapport with clients for a living. I should bring them down to Dazzle so they see what excellence looks like. Not only is the service great but they are seriously talented and have the most beautiful designs. The shop is always super clean, great music and interesting shows to watch while getting your nails done.

I don't remember her name she was so nice and I love my haircut. Since I am a hijabi, she was kind enough to accommodate and cut my hair in a private secluded area. She was professional and I love what she did.

I didn’t have plan to come to do my nail and I was heading to Shoppers Drug mart to return my items. I saw a lady sitting there and ready to design nails. The receptionist is absolutely lovely. She is warm and welcoming, perfectly pleasant and professional. Natalia who did my nails was so focused and detail oriented. Although she pays close attention to details she works fast. The speed of her work does not affect the quality at all. I will only go to another salon again if Natalia is not available. First time visiting Dazzle and my experience was amazing, staffs are amazing! My nail tech was Trinh and she was so nice.I am so thankful to her coz she’s very warm to talk to . Honestly, I was clueless when I did the booking so I ended up changing my initial service to what I really wanted. 10/10

This is one of the first Nails spa that really take the time and truly understand customer service and provide outstanding services right as soon as you walk in. The amount of knowledge and passion about their work goes to show how much they take care and truly understand customer service. Love the follow ups that just make it more special. Beyond words I never seen any spa do what you do and for that this is home.

Literally I go here all the time, when I can’t get make it there I try somewhere else and nothing ever compares to Dazzle . Between staff being so friendly, being such a clean place and leaving with beautiful nails always!
