I had my second microneedling session with Lourdes, and once again, everything went perfectly. This time, she increased both the amount of product and the pressure I believe. I did feel more warmth compared to the first session, but it quickly faded after the soothing mask was applied. As before, once I got home, I experienced no side effects or complications—not even any redness. I’m really impressed with the results and how smooth the whole experience has been. I’m already looking forward to my third and final session of the season!

Very positive experience! Lourdes explained everything clearly before the treatment and even showed me videos beforehand. I was quite scared at first, but that really reassured me and made my décision to go for it. The procedure itself was not that painful and I had no side effects afterwards. My face wasn’t even red, which surprised me. Now I’m looking forward to seeing the results. I still have two more sessions to go!

The cryo treatment was absolutely wonderful. As usual, Lourdes took the time to explain each step of the treatment, and once again before every product application. I was able to fully relax and enjoy the entire 90-minute session. The results were just as satisfying — my skin felt refreshed, regenerated, and truly able to breathe.

Lourdes is very sweet and very knowledgeable. My skin has had a major improvement following her recommended treatments. She has a very good selection of treatments and I already have my next appointment booked. I cannot recommend her enough as I am very happy with the results!

It was my 2nd facial appointment. I originally booked a specific facial, but Lourdes recommended a new treatment she had just introduced, which was actually cheaper (on promotion) and better suited for my skin. I loved that she clearly cared more about what I needed than about selling a pricier option. The facial was amazing—she explained every step, what she used, and why. She made sure I was relaxed and truly enjoying the moment. I left with glowing, refreshed skin and highly recommend her services. I already booked my next month facial.

I felt immediately comfortable and at ease with Lourdes. She gave me ample information during the consultation and suggested the best treatments to do and to continue with aftercare for my face.
