The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and Kira explained every step, which helped ease any nerves.

Kira was so so precessional with every step & made me feel so at ease. She talked me through every part of my treatments & the results were amazing. I had microneedling and lip filler and can honestly say I’ve never had such good results! The redness died down so quick & my lips barely swelled. I’m so happy!

I have been having lashes for years & like most people I don't like change, sadly my best friend/eye lash lady moved location so I was faced with trying to find somewhere new. I suffer with anxiety and really didn't want to go somewhere else! I knew of Charlene & her beauty lounge so I booked in!
