Having suffered with shoulder and upper back pain for a long while my miskes had become vety psinful , Thip explained that my muscles where very hard and she used techniques to help loosen , at first it was quite tender but she worked her magic and I came away feeling much lighter , she did explain I may be a little more for z day or two but that will ease . I've rebooked for next week then I will continue every fortnight . I highly recommend
