5 stars, if there was an option to give more, I would! First time getting micro-needling and it was amazing. Any nerves I might have had were completely eased by the lovely ladies at the clinic, they talked through every step and made me feel so comfortable. The space was spotless, super relaxing, and I even got a facial massage! Felt genuinely pampered from start to finish. 100% recommend!

I've been going to Elena for my tattoo removal treatments for more than six months, and I can honestly say she is incredibly patient and never rushes the process. She always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain everything at every appointment. I'm very happy with the results I've achieved so far.
