I recently had a microneedling treatment and I’m now post treatment day 4. The procedure itself was straightforward — slightly uncomfortable in places, but manageable. Kim was professional, explained each step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. After the session, my skin was quite red for about 24–48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn, but Kim reassured me that I wouldn’t look like a tomato forever (just for about 24 hours... and she was right). Already my skin looks fresher, smoother, and like I might actually know what “eight hours of sleep” feels like. 10/10 recommend!

I have had several treatments by Kim and I can honestly say I always feel in safe hands. I was nervous about having microneedling and I have to admit the treatment was a little uncomfortable at first but Kim gave a thorough consultation beforehand and talked me through each step during the process. It took several days for the redness to calm down but the difference to my skin is phenomenal! I wasn’t sure if I would continue having microneedling after my 6 treatments but I am 100% hooked on the results! Trust the process Kim told me and she was not wrong. Thanks Kim. Clare x
