What I really appreciate is how much effort she puts to find the best skincare routine for me—educating me on which serums, moisturisers, and SPF to use, and in what order. This was my first visit to Shona. She was amazing at taking the time to understand my super sensitive skin and chose to do a conservative, modified treatment until I have a diagnosis from a dermatologist.
