I scheduled a wash and cut which originally got cancelled due to the hair stylist being ill and I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from the manager explaining the situation and apologizing - top customer service! My hairstylist - Merecia was excellent, quiet but polite and approachable. She was very gentle with my hair and cut it as I wished. My hair looks so much healthier now and the products used in my hair also didn’t leave it dry nor brittle which most hair salons do. They style the hair but the next day, it’s a nightmare to restyle. The ambiance & experience was amazing

I had my hair done by Crystal at Isla Spa, and she was fantastic! She's incredibly skilled, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered even better results than I expected. I had an EXCEPTIONAL pedicure today at Nova!!!! My technician took her time with cuticle care and the exfoliation and massage was sooo relaxing. They have a wide selection of polish colors from numerous brands; I was confused as to which to go with, but the spa owner jumped in and helped me decide which I loved. I must say the domination was flawless…. I cannot stop admiring my feet🥰 Don’t hesitate, just BOOK!!!
