Kim is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. I left feeling relaxed, balanced and cared for. Will be booking in again soon! X

Skin Pen works. There is a visible and textural difference to the skin treated in my neck and face. My neck looks more youthful and lines and loose skin have tightened. Same results on the face where my skin feels plumper and firmer. Really happy with the results. Had my 3rd Microneedle facial. I can see a difference in the overall elasticity and texture of my skin. It looks brighter and refreshed. A lot of pigmentation has reduced giving an overall glow. I'm 62 and people are commenting on how well I look, so it's definitely working in a subtle but noticeable and more natural way than alternatives which is exactly what I wanted.

I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me. Unreal service, came in looking like an old dusty thumb left like a silky dolphin at least 12 years younger.
