I'm visiting from BC and wanted some rejuvenation after an uncomfortable flight so I did a online search and found exactly what I was looking for. The space is beautiful and I loved the private sauna and cold plunge. I also had a massage with Jolene and it was incredible. I 100% recommend Ritual and will definitely be back!

Bruna and her team are absolutely lovely, incredibly professional and create such a warm and pleasant environment from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Aldiana is absolute perfection! She has incredible knowledge and so much experience when it comes to skincare. She gives amazing consultations and guidance on best products and services to truly enhance your skin quality. Amazing experience, such a beautiful space and excellent customer service. So lovely being greeted with a tea when I arrived. I loved the red light sauna experience before my facial. The facial made my skin feel amazing and the facial massage was so relaxing. Also, you get a lot for the price which is so great. I will 100% be back.!

Probably the best facial I’ve ever had. Megan was lovely. All the little extras made the difference. The cooling globes, arm and foot massage while you’re masking. Starting with the infrared sauna was a great way to relax before your facial. Could have spent the whole day there. Definitely making this my new self care spot. Can’t wait to come back and try more treatments!

I took my friend for a facial — she had never been before and was quite anxious about the whole thing. When it was over, the first thing out of her mouth was, “that was amazing!“. Donna put my friend at ease and was very responsive to question questions and suggestions throughout the process. She started the whole process by giving my friend several scents to smell and see what she liked and what she didn’t like. Then she allowed me to sit with my friend next to the treatment table while she did the facial. At the end, she even gave her a few samples to take home. We’ll definitely be back!

It was fabulous !!!! Donna has expert hands that seem to know exactly what you need. The products that she uses are high quality. I have been going to see Donna for more than a couple of sessions now. I can imagine bringing any one else in.
