Kate is the first person to ever actually address my skin concerns seriously, rather than just saying "well unfortunately that's the skin you have and you can't do a lot about it." Not only does she assess my skin at each appointment tweaking the regime as needed but I can honestly say she carries out the best most relaxing facial I have ever had.
