Rachel is my go to for no nonsense honest appraisal of my skin as I am n my mid 60’s and starting to recognise the signs of ageing and dehydration. Rachel explains everything and also helps me plan my treatments going forward. Today was new lashes and major facial waxing and brow tinting in preparation for a wedding I’m going to . Rachael is very attentive, professional, and so intuitive. I had a wonderful facial and neck massage, I was so relaxed, I went to a very happy place and didn't want to come off the massage table. Im going back for a full massage next week! 😌🪷

Rachel is such a positive knowledgeable therapist who makes you feel so comfortable and well informed about all the products and treatments. I had an 80 mins facial and quite frankly felt I was transported into a relaxed cushion of treatments skilfully administered. Rachel spent time afterwards discussing the treatment and future possibilities - answering all my questions so courteously. I am booked in next week again for a couple of treatments - can’t wait - thank you Rachel !!

Had a fantastic appointment with Maddie, where I had my first leg wax and a pedicure with gel. Maddie was so informative, professional and such a lovely person. Fantastic - I absolutely love my new brows. Tiffany is such a perfectionist they are brilliant & I look at them & can’t believe they are tattoed rather than real hair. Everyone loves them & it is great not having to pencil them in every morning. They really are extremely realistic. Proceed was very easy, slightly uncomfortable but very bearable. Highly recommend!
