Very pleasant. The store is newly opened and has been anxiously awaited since e it's announced coming son announcement. The operator., Ms. Jamie ----(I did not recall her last name), was very experienced and easy to talk to. I am so pleased we have a salon in our Senior Living area. Not having to leave and drive outside our quarters is a big plus. I have already scheduled a return visit for more service. I’ve been looking for a curl specialist for a while and have been traumatized by past hair stylist experiences. I was very anxious going into my appointment, because I’ve been failed many times. However, I read Alejandra’s many good reviews and trusted her. She makes sure that she doesn’t do anything that I don’t want. I told her I wanted to keep my length, some more layers and only 2 inches off the ends. She did exactly that and also styled my hair and my hair hasn’t looked this good and curly in a long time. It is a pricey service, but she’s worth it.

Alejandra was so knowledgeable about curly hair. She was professional and kind. I will go back to her again and recommend her highly.
