Extremely welcoming environment and sweet staff! I was offered a cup of tea/coffee upon entry which I think was very kind :). I got a haircut which was exactly what I wanted and I enjoyed talking to the hairstylist working on my hair - she also offered me a cake bar after the haircut to which I kindly accepted :D. I will gladly come again when I need another haircut!

Michelle was an absolute delight! Friendly, warm, funny! It had been a long time since I last had a haircut and she made me feel so at ease and I adore my new hair do (new french bob with balayage). Would recommend definitely Michelle and GracieB!

10/10 experience as per usual! Had to stop myself from falling asleep at the basin as Nik created such a lovely relaxing environment. Colour perfect! Atmosphere perfect! What more could I ask for!

I was initially apprehensive as I have a very long thick black hair and I hadn’t had it cut professionally for a while however Samina started she really knew how to cut and manage long hair and I felt at ease.
