Amazing experience, Rhoz makes you really relax and you feel so refreshed after!

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . I have recently moved to the area and am looking for regular beauty treatments. (I am also a qualified beautician). While Jade was a friendly, helpful and competent beauty therapist, the facial was lacking in many ways. I would expect to see machines (eg.TriPollar Stop) microneedling and certainly more attention paid to the neck and decolletage. There was a mask applied but then I was left alone - no foot rub or shoulder massage. The beauty rooms are beautiful and you have fantastic staff, therefore I would love be a returning satisfied customer. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
