I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

Fantastic experience. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I didnt have a treatment but was booking a surprise birthday present for the boss.....wife! Staff were really helpful as facials / massages mean nothing to me. They also let me deliver flowers the day before to be given to my wife and couldnt do enough to help. As for the facial and massage. The boss was really really happy and thoroughly enjoyed it and asked me to book her again it was so good. Sorry to the staff though as she said she enjoyed the massage so much she was nodding off relaxing! Thank you from us both. Recommended!

I booked the Peaceful Escape. It was quite devine. The room was tranquil and the lady who looked after me was very nice and tailored the massage to my needs. The facial was incredible. So relaxing, and the head massage was something I most definitely need again. Never realised my scalpt was so tense! I will be booking again in the future.
