I had such a lovely, facial experience today. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The spa is beautifully clean with soft restful colours and soothing music playing quietly in the background, gentle piano made it easy to completely relax. My esthetician was professional and kind. She explained each step which I appreciated. The warm steam, the products and the red light therapy all felt wonderful. When I mentioned I was chilly she immediately.made me feel cosy & warm. It was such a peaceful & restorative experience. I left feeling refreshed and pampered.

Had a great experience at Oasis today. My aesthetician Manjot was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, she kept me informed during the whole pprocess and did a really good job with the facial. I felt relaxed and results are very good, considering it was my first session. This was followed by consultation with Jas, the manager who asked for honest feedback and made some recommendations based on my skin type and needs, in non pushy manner. I have bought the value package and will be regularly coming, going forward. Highly recommended!!

Love was great she has done my last 2 facials. She explained every step and why she was doing the order she was doing the facial

I didn’t enjoy my facial like I usually do. She spent too much time using the wands in the same direction, as opposed to other times when the esthetician would change the moves to feel more like a massage. She didn’t use the small wand on my eyes until the end when I asked her why she didn’t use it. Then she just rubbed it under my eyes and didn’t do the eyelids. Everything was done out of time compared to my last two facials. If I didn’t have prepaid facials I honestly wouldn’t return.
