I couldn’t recommend Cindy enough!! Cindy is absolutely amazing at what she does; at my first appointment my brows were quite uneven from a previous studio, however Cindy pointed out where we would work on to get them back even and they look so much better after just 3 appointments. There’s always a lovely environment in the salon - Cindy and her team are always so welcoming, I look forward to future appointments🥰

Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be booking in again. Thank you so much x

Becky is amazing! I have been to other clinics for waxing and she is by far the most comfortable in terms of both customer service and waxing comfort. She is really welcoming and always open to offering advice around treatments and aftercare. I recommend her to friends and family and can’t wait to try more treatments with her.

I really recommend lazer treatment. Light skin dark hair.... perfect candidate 👌 I started on waxing which is great for newbies but for a permanent saloution lazer is the way faward. Karen I could not wish for another person you are so professional and down to earth thank you for your continued life changing results.

Alysha was lovely, very calming and considerate. Definitely recommend her for waxing. She talked me through everything and allowed regular breaks. I will definitely be going back. Environment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Room was a nice temperature and the music was calming which helped me to relax. Rhian is a lovely lady who does a great job, I’ve had a fantastic couple of hours being pampered, pedicure, facial and some waxing, all done in her comfortable salon in her home, I’m now really relaxed and ready to take on anything Thanks Rhian you’re a star and definitely worth the 5 stars for the treatment I received

I never have a bad word to say about Parlour Fourteen. I have several services from Parlour Fourteen, from hair to nails to waxing and each time I’m very happy with the outcome. Today’s appointment was with Alysha for a gel manicure and again I’m very happy with the end result. I cannot recommend Parlour Fourteen enough. Amazing staff, great service and very friendly.

Yet another amazing experience here. Honestly so happy with my hair. I had a balayage and cut done yesterday and Ellen has done the most incredible job with it. She has achieved exactly what I wanted and my hair looks SO healthy - I’ve already had so many compliments! My appointment was late in the afternoon and continued past closing, also had issues with childcare initially so my son had to come along for the first hour but I didn’t feel rushed or like it was an issue at all. I very rarely spend time or money on myself but I feel amazing and I’m so grateful ☺️

Bec is amazing and always makes me feel So comfortable! Waxing is almost pain free and the results last for weeks!
