I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Molly provides an incredible services whilst talking through those questions you’re too afraid to ask about waxing and gives the best tips. Most of all, she’s so lovely and down to earth to chat to, to make what could be a nervous beauty treatment very stress free. Would highly recommend Molly!!

Molly is an absolute star, love our little catch ups, puts immediately at ease... amazing new salon room... always leave feeling amazing and more me. I highly recommend The Beauty Vault. Yvonne is brilliant and professional. The service is excellent and very well done. I come here for waxing but I’ve also had my eyelashes and eyebrows done in the past. I would not consider any place else. 10/10.

What a find! Yvonne and her team are friendly, helpful, professional, and really make you feel comfortable - difficult in these waxing situations! Yvonne is a great at what she does, and having been once, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Brilliant! Hygienic, quick and a lovely person! Allways makes you feel at ease and Brilliant at waxing. Also a wizard when it comes to eyelash tinting never been anywhere where my eyes didn't feel on fire due to dye going in my eyes but somehow she manages to get all the way to the root without getting it in your eyes. She's fantastic!
