Chane’s facials are on another level! The AI skin analysis helped me truly understand my skin, and her mix of traditional and modern techniques is amazing. Every session feels luxurious, and Chane’s passion makes the journey exciting. In just 5 weeks, I saw visible results. After my second facial, my skin looked and felt incredible. Chane really cares, and it shows in the way she treats your skin. I can't wait for what’s next in this glowing journey!

I first visited the shop in April to inquire about services, and I was warmly welcomed by Mme Zanele, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since then, I've become a regular customer, thanks to her excellent service. I also want to express my gratitude to Tinotenda – she did not only provide amazing nail services but also took the time to listen and encourage me when I was feeling down during my first appointment. I am in complete awe of the treatment I have just received! Absolutely amazing! They make use of AI technology to tell me all about my pores, collagen and moisture levels, active bacteria, even what my skin's age currently is.. and then the treatment started, my first dermaplanning and micro needling treatments. Both are so comfortable to do with next to no pain experienced. Massages, steaming, suction and soooo much relaxation. I have been converted. From never doing facials to my next treatment scheduled! If you not going to Point 5 Skinhouse I don't know what you are doing!

You cannot get better than this facial. Excellent advice offered. 2 hours of pure bliss. 2 days later and I can still see the remarkable recovery of my skin.
