I took my daughter to get her earring taken out, and we had such a great experience! The owner was absolutely amazing so friendly, patient and professional. She made my daughter feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The staff greeted me warmly and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Vanessa the owner was super friendly as always!!!! The technician was professional, gentle, and clearly skilled.
