From owner Vee , Office manager , Tania , to all of their hair specialists including Karina who does professional make up and lashes and Monique and the hair washing staff , the entire staff are artists and professionals. They’re a unique group and I’m honored and humbled to call Hannah Jade my second home .

I've been going to Kairos Hair Salon since before they opened up the Miami Lakes location. Good thing they did, it so much closer to me. Clare is my girl! She always knows exactly what I want. I've also done my makeup and gotten my hair styled there before as well. I'm always treated so good there which is why I've been going for years!

As always Hannah Jade provided me with another excellent service ! My hair looks fabulous and the customer service is stellar . Everyone makes me feel like family . Nurys is very efficient . I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Karina my lash tech is incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and truly takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. My lashes always come out full, beautiful, and exactly how I like them. The entire appointment is relaxing and professional from start to finish. I can’t say enough great things about Jessica, first she is an artist which such a beautiful talent. The makeup and hair were exceptional and flawless. Jessica loves what she does and goes the extra mile, it was so awesome having her on this journey. Denise is a delight! So welcoming, sweet, and accommodating. She always asks if I want coffee and takes a general interest in how I'm doing. She takes her time with you and you aren't juggled between other clients. I'm very happy with my cut and color - Denise knows her stuff! It seems all the hair stylists at Kairos are committed to keeping up with the trends by attending conferences for their industry. Kairos also uses quality hair dye products - I never smell strong toxic smells that I was used to at previous hair salons.

Gaby is truly amazing. My daughter’s makeup lasted the entire night of her 15s. The heat and humidity of Miami are no match for Gaby’s work. I love that the makeup looked elegant yet appropriate for her age. Gaby is worth every penny, if not more, considering you don’t have to worry about your makeup budging. This is our second time with her, the first being her 15s photo shoot. We will use Gaby again and again. She does not disappoint.

Melanie did a great job with my root touchup and styling! I normally style with Claire who was unavailable, but Melanie was happy to do my hair while Claire is out with no deviation in the quality of my service and the beautiful finished product of my hair. All the girls at Kairos Miami Lakes are masters of their craft and can maintain the same gorgeous color and styling among the different stylists. Beyond happy with my results every time I come in!

Claire is the best of the best! I’ve been seeing her since I moved here and I leave it all in her hands. I end up leaving lighter and feeling refreshed every time! I really appreciate she keeps the color mixes on file so it’s not an experiment to figure out the look/color we want. She always gives tips and tricks for styling and has a product to recommend to help me achieve the look myself. Truly my favorite appointment to make!
