It’s everything it promises and more. She truly has blessed hands. I walked out feeling like I had just woken up from a deep nap, not knowing what day or time it was. Not only is it an incredible experience for a very reasonable price, but the scents, the changes in temperature, and the way every step of the process is explained make it even more special. I left feeling super relaxed, and my skin felt incredibly soft and smooth. I have been coming here for 5 years and won’t go anywhere else! I love both Catherine and Melanie but Melanie is the one that I see and OMG she is an artist! Takes her time to ensure every hair is perfectly removed or shaped. Her eyebrows are artistry to say the least and I have sent so many people here because the time and care that is taken makes all the difference!! You won’t regret it!

They did an amazing job with my haircut, paying close attention to detail and making sure everything was blended perfectly. What really impressed me was how patient and gentle they were with my child during the kids haircut. They made it a fun and stress-free experience, which is not always easy! You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. We both left looking sharp and feeling great. I highly recommend Gretel! She was professional, punctual, and incredibly talented. She did an amazing job with my daughter's hair and makeup, making her look absolutely beautiful. Gretel went above and beyond by staying throughout the photoshoot to make sure everything remained perfect and that my daughter looked her best in every photo. Her attention to detail, dedication, and caring attitude truly made the experience special. We couldn't have been happier with the results!
