Alvin at Skin and Scissors Beauty Studio is amazing! He explained the difference between partial and full highlights in a way that actually made sense, and broke down what grey blending is supposed to look like (more natural, lived-in vs harsh lines). He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted and checked in along the way, which made me feel really comfortable. I never felt rushed or unsure. He clearly knows what he's doing. I trusted his suggestions, especially with blending my highlights into my existing grays, my hair looks amazing. I will be back, thank you again!

Getting to donate my hair was a great experience. They can handle the hair being sent out on their end and they give a great cut afterwards. If I donate my hair again, I'll be reaching back out here to get it done again!

Alvin and Dani were amazing! I have aunts that usually cut my hair but wanted to find someone new for a change that can help with the hair donation process too. I found Alvin as he is a participating partner for Wigs for Kids and I am so glad to find my lifelong hair guru and stylist! They were both so personable and made the entire experience so enjoyable and seamless, from the fun conversations to Alvin’s recommendations to the donation process. He really took into consideration and asked about my everyday routine to give me a haircut that was sustainable for my busy mom and work life. 10/10
