This was the first time ive ever gotten my lashes done and it was best service I’ve ever received. Vivian made me feel so comfortable and she was so gentle. I did not know what type of lashes to get and she knew what lashes fit for my eyes and facial structure, which was subtle lashes. I was so pleased with this experience and how they turned out. They are extremely subtle and light. i cannot stress enough how GENTLE she was! Her environment was extremely relaxing. She had music playing in the background, had chairs that massaged me, and was very friendly and easy going. 15/10 experience!

My lashes turned out PERFECT!!! Vivian was very gentle and thorough. I felt no discomfort or irritation at any point unlike many other places that I have been to. She was super accommodating and worked with me on a style that best fit my eyes. This review is long overdue but let me just say this ... I was always scared to get my eyelashes done because I always heard horror stories about people‘s lashes falling off afterwards & my experience with Vivian has been completely opposite I took a break during the holidays and my lashes were just as they were before I started lash extensions ! I Love coming to see Viv. I trust her so much I literally just lay on the table and tell her to do whatever she wants. And I NEVER get up disappointed. Thank you Viv❤️

The customer service here is outstanding, and my lashes came out exactly the way I wanted them too. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. Viv went above and beyond to help me find the perfect lash map, for my eye shape. I was very impressed with Viv’s technique. She has very light gentle hands, and will take the time to give you exactly what you’re looking for. There’s Lots of parking, and she keep her spa VERY clean!! I would definitely recommend Viv to anyone who’s looking to get their lashes done in Orange County.
